Benefits Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Salary Administration, Oracle Benefits Cloud, and Total Compensation. The ideal candidate will have strong functional HR knowledge and experience designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation and Benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design and configure Oracle Workforce Compensation (CWB), including compensation plans, budgets, eligibility profiles, worksheets, and approval hierarchies.

Configure Individual Compensation

Plans for bonuses, allowances, relocation pay, and ad-hoc awards.

Configure Salary

Basis, Salary Ranges, Grade Rates, Grade Steps, and Grade Ladders.

Configure Oracle Benefits

Programs, Plans, Options, Eligibility Profiles, and Life Events.

Develop Benefits Fast

Formulas for eligibility, rates, coverage, and imputed income.

Configure Flex

Credits and Total Compensation Statements. Support 834 EDI carrier extracts and SFTP delivery. Develop pay equity and compensation analytics using OTBI and Oracle HCM Analytics.

Support Oracle





Compensation AI agents and related Oracle HCM capabilities.

Manage

Benefits-to-Payroll integration, including Close Enrollment, deductions, and ACA 1095-C. Lead CRP, SIT/UAT, configuration, defect resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.
