They specialize in driving value driven Digital Transformation while adopting emerging Technology like AI for long term benefit to client organization by analyzing requirements, designing optimal solutions and providing actionable recommendation for selection and implementation across Technology, People, Data, Culture, Leadership and Governance.

Role & responsibilities

- Requirement Analysis & Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications, creating functional design documents (FDDs) and mapping requirements to Oracle Fusion functionalities.
- Configuration & Implementation: Configure Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax) and manage end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
- Testing & Support: Create test scripts, conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-production support.
- Data Migration & Integration:



Collaborate with technical teams to manage data migration (FBDI/ADFDI) and system integrations.
- Training & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive user training materials and system documentation.

Preferred candidate profile- Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations (ideally 2+ full-cycle implementations).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and business processes.
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of Oracle Fusion table structures, BI Publisher/OBIEE reports, and configuration tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
