Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor who is highly driven by targets, enjoys speaking with prospects, and has a strong ability to convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
nThis is not a customer-support role.

nThis is a performance-driven inside-sales role where you will handle prospective learners, understand their career and learning requirements, recommend relevant programs, overcome objections, follow up systematically and close enrollments.
n

nYou will be expected to operate in a high-volume sales environment and take complete ownership of your sales funnel and revenue targets.
n

nWhat You Will Do
nSales & Lead Conversion
n· Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through multiple marketing and business channels.
n· Contact prospective learners through phone calls and approved communication channels.
n· Understand the prospect's professional background, career objectives, learning needs,



urgency and budget.
n· Conduct structured discovery and counselling conversations to identify the learner's requirements.
n· Recommend relevant AI, technology and professional training programs based on the prospect's needs.
n· Clearly explain program curriculum, structure, duration, learning outcomes, fees and other approved program information.
n· Communicate the value proposition of AI and technology upskilling in a straightforward and credible manner.
n· Convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments.
n· Own the sales process from initial contact through closure.

nObjection Handling & Closing
n· Handle objections around pricing, timing, program relevance, competition, career outcomes, credibility and commitment.
n· Identify the actual reason behind a prospect's hesitation rather than simply providing discounts or generic responses.
