Role: Senior UX Engineer – Design Systems

nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a UX Engineer who can bridge the gap between Design and Engineering by building, maintaining, and scaling design systems across multiple products.
nThis role requires a combination of frontend engineering expertise and design systems experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with Product Designers, translating Figma designs into reusable, accessible, and production-ready components.

nResponsibilities

- n
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systemsn
- Develop reusable UI components and shared component librariesn
- Translate Figma designs into production-ready frontend componentsn
- Define and maintain design tokens, theming, and UI standardsn
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)n
- Partner with Product Design and Engineering teams to drive consistency across productsn
- Create documentation, guidelines, and governance for design system adoptionn




- Improve developer experience through reusable architecture and frontend best practicesn
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and component auditsn

nRequired Skills
n
- n
- 6-12 years of experience in Frontend Engineering, UX Engineering, UI Engineering, or Design Systemsn
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining Design Systemsn
- Experience creating reusable Component Librariesn
- Strong proficiency in React and/or Angularn
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSSn
- Experience with Figman
- Experience with Storybookn
- Understanding of Design Tokens and Themingn
- Experience implementing Accessibility standards (WCAG)n
- Solid collaboration skills with Product Designers and Engineersn
