Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:
nSupport as process expert for designing the process template in managing the SAP projects
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Support global and regional SAP rollout projects across multiple geographiesn
- Act as a process Experts for translating the business requirement from business users to technical/configuration teamsn
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure alignment with global templatesn
- Contribute to solution design with a focus on standardization and scalabilityn
- Coordinate and support testing cycles (CT/IT/UAT) with business usersn
- Assist in Training the users, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilizationn

n2. End-to-End O2C Process (Must-Have)

- n
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including:n
- Lead-to-Order (L2O) / Lead-to-Bill (L2B)n




- Sales order management, delivery, billing, and invoicingn
- Good integration knowledge with:n
- Logistics (Shipping, Delivery, EWM/WM)n
- Finance (Billing, FI integration, revenue recognition, tax handling)n
- Understanding of cross-functional impacts across SD, MM, and FIn

nExperience & Skills Required

- n
- 5-12 years of SAP SD experience (preferably S/4HANA)n
- Solid expertise in Lead To Order and good to have O2C processes knowledgen
- Experience in rollout or global template-based projectsn
- Good understanding of integration with Logistics and Finance modules/Cross Tablen
- Exp in FIT/GAP analysis, Change impact analysis.n
