POSITION OVERVIEW
Amerit Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support / System Administrator to support approximately 30 users across our India and US operations.

LOCATION
Chandigarh, India (Hybrid / Primarily Remote)
Office located in IT Park, Kishangarh, Chandigarh
Work Schedule: Overnight shift aligned with US Pacific Time (California) with some flexibility across US time zones.

This position combines Tier 1/2 IT Support, Microsoft 365 Administration, Systems Administration, Endpoint Management, and Cybersecurity . The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, security-conscious, and comfortable supporting US-based users through phone, email, and remote troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support & Help Desk
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees across India and the United States
- Manage the IT Help Desk and ensure timely ticket resolution
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, software, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and end-user training
