nAbout the Role

nStrong expertise in Routing and Switching with solid troubleshooting capability. Practical experience with Cisco SD‑WAN (Viptela) and end‑to‑end SD‑WAN fabric troubleshooting. Good understanding of Wireless Networking (Cisco & Aruba) and wireless performance troubleshooting. Hands‑on experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) for the tasks such as ZTP and SWIM. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi‑layer network issues with effective communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
