- Ability to conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidatesn
- Strong troubleshooting and real-world scenario understandingn
- Excellent communication and explanation skillsn
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, learner-friendly mannern

nExperience as an SAP MM Trainer / SME / Technical Interviewer will be an added advantage.
