We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect with 16+ years of experience to drive enterprise-wide architecture strategy, digital transformation, technology modernization, and business-IT alignment.

nKey Responsibilities :

- n
- Define and drive Enterprise Architecture strategy, roadmaps, and target-state architecture aligned with business objectives.n
- Partner with business leaders and CXO-level stakeholders to translate business vision into scalable technology strategies.n
- Lead large-scale Digital Transformation, Application Modernization, Cloud Adoption/Migration, and platform optimization initiatives.n
- Develop architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains.n
- Drive Architecture Governance, Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes, standards, compliance, and architecture KPIs.n
- Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization and modernization initiatives, identifying opportunities for simplification, consolidation,



and transformation.n
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.n
- Provide architectural direction for complex business and technology challenges while ensuring security, regulatory, and enterprise policy compliance.n

nRequired Skills & Experience :

- n
- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture strategy and execution / EA CoE.n
- Hands-on knowledge of TOGAF / Enterprise Architecture frameworks.n
- Strong experience in Architecture Governance & Architecture Review Board (ARB).n
- Experience defining Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and Target-State Architecture.n
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation & large-scale technology transformation programs.n
- Solid exposure to Application Portfolio Rationalization & Application Modernization.n
- Experience with Cloud Transformation / Cloud Migration – AWS,
