nWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors BIB Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ERP HCM/S4HANA HCM systems using Business Integration Builder (BIB). The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in HR master data integration, middleware technologies, and SuccessFactors integration frameworks.
nKey Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors BIB integrations for Employee Central and SAP HCM.n
- Design and support end-to-end HR data replication processes between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP.n
- Work with Employee Central,



Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and Payroll integration scenarios.n
- Configure BIB objects, mapping, transformation rules, and replication settings.n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.n
- Troubleshoot integration errors, data inconsistencies, and replication failures.n
- Perform system testing, SIT, UAT, and post-production support.n
- Collaborate with HR, business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.n
- Monitor and optimize integration performance and data quality.n
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and knowledge transfer materials.n
