nResponsibilities

- n
- Network Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level LAN, WAN, and wireless network solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry best practices.n
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting support for complex network issues, including routing, switching, wireless connectivity, and firewall configurations.n
- Firewall Management: Oversee and manage firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, etc.), ensuring secure network traffic and protecting the network from unauthorized access.n
- Optimization & Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize LAN, WAN, and wireless performance, including latency, bandwidth utilization, and high availability.n
- Security Solutions: Implement and maintain network security policies, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of resources.n




- Wireless Network Management: Manage and optimize wireless networks, including site surveys, AP placement, and wireless security protocols (WPA2/WPA3).n
- Network Upgrades & Maintenance: Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware patches, and hardware replacements.n
- Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.n
- Incident & Problem Management: Lead resolution of complex network incidents ensuring timely escalation and closure.n
- Network Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor network health using tools and provide detailed performance and incident reports.n
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work with security, cloud, and data center teams for enterprise-wide integration.n
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to operational improvements.n
