nWhat You’ll Do

- n
- Design experiences that are engaging, efficient, intuitive, and solve real user problems.n
- Partner closely with a product manager and engineering lead, actively shaping priorities, influencing the roadmap, and engaging on implementation tradeoffs and feasibility.n
- Conduct user research using a range of methods to understand customer needs and translate insights into clear design solutions.n
- Produce high-quality work across all fidelity levels; from rough concepts to polished production-ready designs.n
- Use AI tools fluently as part of your everyday workflow to prototype faster, explore ideas earlier, and move from concept to working interaction.n
- Provide design feedback and mentor teammates; model what great looks like and help the people around you level up.n

- Experience: 6+ years designing B2B or enterprise software products, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant product areas.n
