- Sit with US-based clients (yes, you'll be on calls with American business owners and ops leaders) to understand how their business actually runs — then translate that into a working ERPNext configurationn
- Own modules across Sales,
Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR — configuring, not just reading manualsn
- Design and run test plans that catch problems before they reach a client's shop floorn
- Train end-users until the system feels like second nature to them, not a choren
- Be the first line of defense when something breaks — diagnose it, fix it, or know exactly who to pull inn
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our development team on customizations and enhancementsn
- Keep pushing your own knowledge — new ERPNext releases, manufacturing best practices, integration patternsn

nWhat Makes You a Fit

- A bachelor's degree in commerce, management, IT, or related fieldn
- 1–4 years of hands-on ERP implementation/configuration experience (ERPNext specifically is a solid plus, but strong fundamentals in any ERP system with genuine hunger to specialize matter more)n
