nWe are seeking a founding technical leader who will define the blockchain architecture, build the platform from the ground up, and lead the future engineering team.

nRole Overview
nAs the Founding Blockchain Architect, you will own the blockchain strategy and technical implementation for our tokenization platform. You will design secure smart contracts, build the blockchain infrastructure, establish engineering standards, and work closely with leadership to shape the product roadmap.

nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and experience delivering production blockchain systems.

- Design the overall blockchain architecture for an enterprise RWA platform.n
- Define tokenization workflows for real estate, precious metals, and other assets.n
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable blockchain solutions.n
- Recommend technology choices and justify architectural decisions.n
- Design for future scalability, interoperability, and regulatory requirements.n

nBlockchain Development

- Develop production-grade Solana programs using Rust and the Anchor Framework.n
- Design token issuance, redemption, transfer, and lifecycle management.n
- Implement wallet integration and transaction processing.n
- Integrate blockchain functionality with enterprise backend systems.n

nSecurity

- Design secure smart contract architectures.n
- Implement multi-signature controls and key management strategies.n
- Conduct code reviews with a security-first mindset.n
- Work with external auditors before production deployments.n
