Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP TLS / Tax Legal Statutory Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA 2023 rollout , with primary responsibility for tax, legal and statutory compliance requirements.
The consultant will be responsible for translating India tax and statutory requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions, with strong focus on SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill and statutory reporting .
The role requires hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation/rollout projects, India localization and integration of SAP DRC with core SAP processes.
Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA TLS / DRC




- Drive implementation and configuration of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) within SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and support DRC/eDocument Framework for India-specific legal and statutory requirements.
- Translate business, tax and statutory requirements into SAP configuration and functional specifications.
- Configure DRC cockpit, eDocuments, mappings, validations, document formats and submission processes.
- Support end-to-end electronic document lifecycle including document generation, validation, submission, response/status monitoring and exception handling.
- Support statutory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with applicable Indian regulations.

Tax & Statutory Localization
- Solid understanding of GST and indirect tax processes within SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on exposure to GST, e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill processes.
- Experience with IRN generation, QR code, invoice validation, cancellation and error handling .
