nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking an experienced Director – IT Infrastructure to lead and manage the organization's internal IT infrastructure and services across multiple global locations. The role will be responsible for ensuring employees have secure, reliable, and productive access to the technology, infrastructure, and IT services required to perform their roles effectively.

nThe Director will lead the Internal IT organization responsible for end-user computing, workplace technology, IT service delivery, corporate infrastructure, office networking, and related IT operations. This role will drive standardization, modernization, security, operational excellence,



and a high-quality employee technology experience.

nKey Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the Internal IT organization supporting employees across multiple office locations and geographies.n
- Ensure timely provisioning, deployment, lifecycle management, and support for employee laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and other workplace technology.n
- Own and manage corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, identity and access services, office networks, Wi-Fi, VPN, collaboration platforms, and related technologies.n
- Establish and maintain IT service management processes for incident, request, problem, change, asset, and vendor management.n
- Ensure consistent IT service delivery and defined SLAs for employee support across all locations.n
- Lead office IT infrastructure planning for new offices, expansions, relocations, and technology refresh initiatives.n
