nExperience
n7+ Years in ERP Consulting with atleast 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation experience.

nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Functional Consultant - D365 Business Central to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects independently. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Management processes and be capable of managing client engagements from requirements gathering through solution design, testing, training, go-live, and post- implementation support.
nThe candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical consultants, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to best practices and Microsoft standards.

nKey Responsibilities:
nERP Implementation Leadership

- n




- Lead complete D365 Business Central implementation projects independently.n
- Conduct discovery sessions, business process reviews, and requirement gathering workshops.n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.n
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and configuration specifications.n
- Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.n

nDesired Experience:
n
- n
- Minimum 7+ years ERP consulting experience.n
- Minimum 3 full-cycle D365 Business Central implementations completed independently.n
- Experience in Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Skilled Services industries.n
- Experience handling client-facing consulting and solution design responsibilities.n
- Proven ability to lead workshops and manage implementation lifecycles.n
