We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager (PM)

with strong domain expertise in

trade lifecycle, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting (COREP/FINREP) . The role involves driving delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, and managing senior stakeholder engagement within a regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management
Lead

end-to-end project delivery

across trade lifecycle and regulatory reporting initiatives
Manage

TOM (Target Operating Model) design and implementation
Ensure alignment with

regulatory requirements (COREP, FINREP, Basel guidelines)
Drive execution through

structured governance forums (SteerCo, TOM Committee, working groups)

Stakeholder Management
Act as a

bridge between business, technology, and compliance teams
Present updates, risks, and decisions to

senior leadership and executive stakeholders
