To operate and monitor IMFL bottling processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality production as per SOPs and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate bottling equipment including filling, capping, labelling, coding, and packing machines.

- Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime and wastage.

- Perform line changeovers, start-up, and shutdown activities.

- Monitor product quality and report any abnormalities immediately.

- Maintain production records and machine logbooks.

- Follow SOPs, GMP, FSSAI, Excise, and Safety requirements.

- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.

- Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S practices.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. (Relevant Discipline)

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in IMFL, Brewery, Beverage, or Bottling Industry.
