About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Strategy Intern to join our Operations team and support the day-to-day management and improvement of operational processes.

This is an Operations-focused internship. Candidates primarily looking for Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Science or purely analytics-focused roles may not find this position aligned with their career interests.

You will work closely with the Operations team to understand how processes work, monitor execution, maintain operational trackers, identify process gaps and support improvements. You will also coordinate with other teams, including Tech, whenever operational requirements involve reports, tools or automation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with operational data and reports, but more importantly, should have an interest in understanding processes, solving operational problems and making day-to-day operations more efficient.

PPO Opportunity: High-performing interns shall be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their performance, ownership and overall contribution during the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day execution and monitoring of operational processes.
- Maintain and validate operational reports, trackers and MIS.
- Monitor SLAs,



productivity and overall process performance.
- Analyse operational issues, identify gaps and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to defined SOPs.
- Maintain process documentation and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and follow up on action items.
- Work with the Tech team on reporting, automation requirements and testing new tools or workflows.
- Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and suggest improvements or automation opportunities.
- Gradually take ownership of processes and contribute to improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
