Role Description The Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations for infrastructure projects, including scheduling activities, tracking progress, and supporting field teams involved in trenchless engineering, condition assessment, UFW studies, and GIS-related work.

The Operations

Specialist will assist with resource allocation, documentation, and reporting, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role includes collaborating with project managers, technical staff, and clients to maintain clear communication, resolve operational issues, and streamline workflows.



The position may also involve supporting basic sales and business development activities, such as preparing proposals and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project data, monitor performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with field staff, and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related abilities to support proposal preparation, respond to client inquiries, and assist in maintaining client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, manage resources, and ensure adherence to processes and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan tasks, track milestones, and contribute to on-time, within-budget project delivery.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, construction, or consulting environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic project or data management tools, along with attention to detail and the ability to work in office in Delhi, is preferred.
