Role Description The Operations Supervisor (Healthcare) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role includes supervising front-line teams, coordinating patient workflows, monitoring adherence to standard operating procedures, and supporting compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

The Operations

Supervisor will analyze operational performance, prepare and review reports, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions where needed.



The role also involves collaborating with clinical, laboratory, and support teams, managing schedules and resources, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee healthcare processes, coordinate services, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Proven Supervisory Skills to lead teams, manage performance, provide guidance, and foster a positive, accountable work environment.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, support decision-making, and drive process improvements.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, interact with patients and partners, and prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Experience in healthcare operations, hospital or diagnostic center management, or related healthcare service environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, compliance requirements, and basic understanding of laboratory or clinical workflows.
