Role & responsibilities

- Service Level Improvement: Enhance OTIF delivery performance and reduce lead times to meet customer expectations.

- Manpower Productivity: Implement workforce optimization strategies, streamline processes, and deploy automation where feasible.

- Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and ensure FIFO adherence.

- GRN Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely processing of GRNs and invoices to support smooth financial operations.

- Cost Reduction: Identify and execute initiatives to lower supply chain costs without compromising service quality.

- Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement projects, standardize workflows, and adopt best practices.

- Vendor Performance:



Review performance of vendors and collaborate with vendors to improve the service level and quality of products supplied.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain goals with business objectives.

- Support MIS preparation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in B-tech Mechanical, Production, SCM or MBA in Supply chain management or operations Management, with 2-3 years of experience in operations and supplier co-ordination.

- Analytical skills in Microsoft excel.

- Interpersonal skills.

- Language English, Hindi, Malayalam.
