Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor overall day-to-day business operations.

- Work closely with the MD to implement business strategies and decisions.

- Coordinate between Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

- Monitor sales, production, inventory, collections, and operational performance.

- Lead and manage teams to ensure productivity and timely execution.

- Handle major customer, vendor, and operational issues.

- Review MIS reports and provide regular updates to the MD.

- Identify operational problems and implement suitable solutions.

- Improve processes, reduce wastage, and control operational costs.

- Take ownership of business execution and ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.





- 6–10+ years of experience, preferably in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / Distribution.

- Robust leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working closely with MD / CEO / Business Head is preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A strong business-oriented leader who can independently manage operations and act as the MD's key support person / second-in-command.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
