we are a growing B2B food business with operations in organic foods + dairy manufacturing, handling bulk orders and multiple product categories.

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily production, packaging, inventory and dispatch and improve on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities

Production & order planning

Packaging & dispatch management

Raw-material & packaging inventory

Team/worker management

Purchase coordination

Daily MIS & reporting

Reduce delays, wastage and stock-outs

Implement SOPs and improve processes

Coordinate operations across locations

We are looking for

4–7 years hands-on FMCG/Food/Dairy operations experience

Strong production & dispatch planning

Good Excel/MIS skills

Robust team-management ability

Problem solver with ownership mindset

B2B/bulk-order experience preferred

Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus, not mandatory

Important: We need a hands-on operator, not only a desk manager. Candidate should be comfortable working directly with production, warehouse and packing teams.
