Role Description The Operations Manager for Canada opportunities will oversee day-to-day operational activities related to Canada immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, on-site role based in Canada involves coordinating client case workflows, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration procedures, and supporting consultants in delivering timely and accurate services.

The Operations

Manager will manage team schedules and performance, optimize internal processes, and maintain quality standards across client interactions and documentation. The role also includes collaborating with leadership on operational planning, reporting key performance metrics,



and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow planning, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in client service and stakeholder management, with the ability to handle multiple cases and maintain high service standards.
- Knowledge of immigration or visa consulting processes (Canada experience preferred), or a solid willingness and ability to learn regulatory requirements.
