Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

Maintain the financial health and organizational efficiency of both the facilities, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and comply with health regulations and policies.

Service Delivery

Organize and facilitate the effective delivery of consultation services within the centres

Strategic Implementation

Translate the organization's vision and strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring secure and effective practices. Partner with the Business Head on strategic planning while owning day-to-day execution

Compliance Assurance

Ensure that all practices adhere to legal and regulatory standards for the centre administration and mental health care.

Policy Development

Develop and implement policies and programs to streamline centre administration tasks, including public relations, client services, and operational efficiency.

Communication Liaison

Serve as a key liaison between staff, doctors, clients, and management to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Staff Coordination

Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members, monitor their progress, provide support, and ensure performance meets company standards.

Budget Management

Develop and manage the centre budget, including accounting, financial reporting, and analysis, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources to support operations.

Centre Experience

Manage the overall centre experience including look and feel, cleanliness, ambience, and maintenance

Technological Adaptation





Stay updated on technological advancements in healthcare and implement relevant technologies to enhance client care and operational efficiency.

Qualification Skills

- Educational Background: Formal education in management (Bachelor’s/Masters in Healthcare or Hospital Administration / operations management experience, in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service industries
- Experience: 7-9+ years in operations and team management
- Organizational Skills: High-quality organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer Management: Proven expertise in managing patient services and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, including patient privacy and safety standards.
- Work Hours: Ability to work in flexible hours.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize duties.
- Safety: Ability to create a safe and effective environment for patients.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for informing others and working within a team.
- Judgement: Good judgement in handling patient care and emergencies. Should be a problem solver. Handle non-clinical crisis
