Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end migration of Oracle Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM.
- Manage program planning, governance, risks, budget, milestones, and overall delivery.
- Coordinate with business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Oversee data assessment, cleansing, migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Manage integrations across Oracle PLM, ERP, SCM, OCI, and connected enterprise systems.
- Drive testing, user acceptance, change management, training, adoption, and transition to support.
- Provide regular program updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle transformation or enterprise technology programs.
- Robust understanding of Oracle Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs.
- Strong knowledge of OCI, Oracle ERP, SCM, data migration, integrations, testing,



and cutover.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Industry experience in Telecom, Manufacturing, or High-Tech environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, governance, and problem-solving skills.
