We’re Hiring | Operations Associate – Cross-Border Payments

Fairexpay is growing, and we’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our Bengaluru team!

? Location: Bengaluru | On-site

? Experience: 6 months – 1 year

? CTC: ₹3 – 3.5 LPA

What you’ll do:

- Handle end-to-end cross-border payment transactions
- Verify KYC, invoices & transaction documents
- Coordinate with banks, clients & partners
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA & LRS guidelines
- Maintain transaction records and operational MIS

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech setting
- Candidates with experience/background in cross-border payments, forex, remittances or fintech operations will be preferred.

-  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field preferred.
