Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience

About the Company

We are a women’s western wear manufacturing company specializing in woven fabrics. We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operational activities, store requirements, exhibitions, inventory, dispatches, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Job Responsibilities

- Curate and organize store racks based on individual store sales reports and performance.
- Identify, pull, and allocate stock pieces as per the requirements of specific stores.
- Plan dispatch schedules and coordinate the movement of store racks according to dispatch dates.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders as per the planned dispatch schedule.
- Travel across India for exhibitions and manage on-ground exhibition-related activities and requirements.
- Curate and set up exhibition racks in line with the brand’s requirements and presentation standards.
- Coordinate and manage exhibition packing, ensuring all products and materials are properly packed and ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate exhibition orders with masters and ensure timely production and execution.
- Manage raw material inventory, including buttons, zips, elastics, threads, anchors, and China-made appliqués, while maintaining the respective master sheets.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment and ordering of required materials.
- Receive and record incoming shipments and ensure accurate inwarding of all products and materials.




- Maintain product entries for new styles and raw materials in the relevant systems and records.
- Manage the checking team and oversee the daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Source matching threads, anchors, and other required materials as per product requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor bills and ensure timely submission of bills to the Accounts Department.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, masters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Education & Skills Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Textile, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion, garment manufacturing, production, merchandising, or operations.
- Robust understanding of garment construction, woven fabrics, textiles, trims, and production processes.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, stock allocation, dispatch planning, and inwarding procedures.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating with vendors, masters, and internal departments.
- Good understanding of fashion retail and store-wise stock requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other inventory/record-management tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for exhibitions and other work-related requirements.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
