Position: OT Technician

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Location: VR Revankar Hospital, KR Puram, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgeries.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Arrange surgical instruments, consumables, and OT supplies as per procedure requirements.
- Follow strict infection-control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Check and maintain OT equipment and report any malfunction promptly.
- Assist with patient positioning and safe transfer to and from the OT.
- Maintain accurate records of OT procedures, instruments, and consumables.
- Ensure proper handling, counting, and disposal of surgical materials and biomedical waste.
- Coordinate with the OT, nursing, housekeeping,



and other hospital departments for smooth functioning.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant OT experience.
- Good knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and infection-control procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including emergencies when required.

Pay: ₹18,149.74 - ₹28,465.11 per month
