Role Description The Online Tutor role at STUDYZY is a full time /pat time , remote position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The tutor will conduct interactive online classes, explain concepts in a explicit and engaging manner, and adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, delivering live sessions, assigning and reviewing homework, and providing timely feedback to learners.
The tutor will monitor student performance, address doubts and questions,
and communicate progress to guardians or stakeholders as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, using digital tools and platforms effectively, and collaborating with the academic team to improve content and teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Strong subject matter expertise in relevant school or exam-level disciplines (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, or other core subjects).
- Demonstrated teaching or tutoring experience, ideally in an online or blended learning environment.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and learning management systems confidently.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear explanation of concepts and active listening.
- Organizational skills for lesson planning, time management, and progress tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a relevant academic field; formal teacher training or certifications are an advantage.
