Role Description The Online French Trainer will deliver engaging, learner-centered French lessons to individuals and groups in a fully remote, full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include planning and conducting online classes for various levels, from beginners to advanced learners, using interactive methods and digital tools. The trainer will prepare learners for official French exams (such as TEF, DELF, and TCF), assess progress through assignments and evaluations, and provide regular feedback and support.



The role also involves adapting teaching materials to learner needs, maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, and collaborating with the academy team to improve course content and learner experience.

Occasional participation in training sessions, curriculum updates, and online workshops may be required.

Qualifications

- Strong French Teaching and Tutoring skills, with the ability to support learners at multiple proficiency levels.
- Experience in Teaching and Education, including designing lesson plans and using online learning platforms.
- Background in Teacher Training or professional development related to language instruction.
- Proficiency in preparing learners for official French exams (e.g., TEF, DELF, TCF) and familiarity with exam formats.
- Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced certifications in French teaching are an advantage.
- Native or near-native French proficiency and strong command of English for instruction and communication.
- Excellent online classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills with a learner-focused approach.
