? The Role

As a Restaurant Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for bringing restaurants and cafés across Kolkata onto the Diners Den platform.

Your responsibilities will include

Identifying and approaching restaurants & cafés across Kolkata

Meeting restaurant owners, founders and decision-makers

Pitching Diners Den and converting prospects into partners

Building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant owners

Managing the complete restaurant onboarding process

Coordinating with the internal team for menus, images, offers and outlet information

Maintaining a pipeline of potential restaurant partners

Representing Diners Den on the ground and helping us build Kolkata’s restaurant ecosystem

Knows how to drive and has access to a two-wheeler





Is comfortable travelling across Kolkata

? Salary & Incentives

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month performance-based incentives The fixed salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, communication skills and overall suitability for the role.

In addition to the fixed salary, you’ll be eligible for performance-based incentives linked to successful restaurant and café onboarding.

We believe in rewarding performance — the better you perform, the more you earn.

As Diners Den grows, high-performing team members will also have the prospect to take on greater responsibilities, leadership roles and increased compensation.
