This positon is for Ravur.

Major Challenges

- To reduce number of Court cases & quicker settlement of land disputes
- Liaison and persuasion with local people for selling the land and coordinate with Government authorities to acquire land.

KRA1 Accountability- Court Cases Attend Court cases regarding land disputes, workmen compensation, at lower and session courts for timely completion & safeguarding companys interests. Preparing necessary back up papers

- Interacting with advocates
- Participate as witness in Court from management side.
- Interact with local people for settlement of issues
- Attending Court cases as and when dates are given





KRA2 Land Acquisition Coordinate & facilitate in acquiring additional land required for Units operations to meet business objectives from time to time.

Preparing necessary documentation

- Interaction with local authorities
- Review of 13 year records of land with Government bodies
- Interact with Revenue authorities
- Participate in negotiations for compensation to villagers (land-losers, etc.)
- Sending documents to Board of Allotment, Bangalore, for approval and follow up

KRA3 Prevention Of Encroachment Ensure that the acquired land of the Unit is not encroached by outsiders, safeguarding the Units property * Quarterly surveys along with the Asst. Director of Land Records

- Independent survey of land
- Ensure that boundaries along the land are intact
