- Lead and deliver Supply Chain Planning consulting and technology implementation engagements.
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective supply chain solutions.
- Implement and support o9-based Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction across ongoing supply chain technology projects.
- Lead teams working on multiple geographically distributed projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Manage projects across various Supply Chain Planning areas, including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning
- Distribution Planning
- MRP
- Inventory Planning and Optimization
- Replenishment Planning
- Network Optimization
- Provide functional and business process expertise to project teams and client stakeholders.
- Guide clients on industry best practices and Supply Chain Planning process benchmarks.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and remote teams.
- Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous business environments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to consultants and ensure strong project discipline and accountability.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to developing Supply Chain solutions and service offerings.
- Develop reusable assets and accelerators to improve solution delivery.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-8 years of relevant experience, with strong experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Hands-on experience in o9 tool implementation is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- S&OP;
- Inventory Optimization
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning consulting and technology implementation projects.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and understand functional requirements.
