® Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance

® Patient experience and Grievance Management

® Leadership, Reporting and IPC supervision

® Team Handling

JOB SPECIFICATION:

® Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a nursing management role

® Experience working in a 500+ bed hospitals

® Exposure to NABH, JCI, and NMC standards and accreditation requirements

® Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council

® M.Sc. Nursing or an equivalent postgraduate qualification with 12+years of experience.
