Role Description The Project Manager role at Speed Kitchen is a full time, on-site position based out of Head office in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of kitchen infrastructure projects, including site assessments, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. This role will ensure timely delivery of operationally ready kitchens by managing inspections, compliance checks, logistics, and expediting activities across multiple locations.

Manager will track project milestones, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves continuous process improvement, documentation of best practices, and support for cross-functional initiatives that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience handling multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in logistics and operations, including Logistics Management and Expeditor responsibilities, to coordinate materials, vendors, and schedules.
- Hands-on experience with Inspection and quality control processes to ensure compliance, safety, and operational readiness of facilities.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, facilities, or food service operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and documentation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present project status and resolve issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
