Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain robust microservices using Node.js. Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and integrations for MERN stack applications. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with React/React Native components.

Design and implement efficient database schemas; manage and optimize data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality. Write and maintain technical documentation for architecture, code, and workflows.

Implement and support AWS serverless architecture solutions. Learn and apply AI-driven agentic architectures and emerging technologies (Vibe coding exposure preferred). Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

Strong programming skills in JavaScript (ES6+).



Hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js and MongoDB (PostgreSQL knowledge preferred). Proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Good experience as a Full-Stack Developer with React/React Native.

Experience with AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).   Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and present ideas effectively.    Certifications in AWS are a plus. Exposure to AI-based development (Vibe coding/agentic systems) is preferred. Strong proficiency in MongoDB database design, advanced querying, vector search, and data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
