Hiring: NICE CXone Senior Developer

Required Skill: NICE CXone Sr. Developer

Design, develop, implement, and customize NICE CXone applications

Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems such as CRM, WFM, and reporting tools

Support migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone

Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents

Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems

Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration

Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support

Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories

Build conversation AI flows (chatbot, voicebot) using Cognigy AI or Omilia AI
