Hiring – Network Operations Team (9 Openings) | Network Engineer to Network Ops Manager | L2–L5 | Immediate Onboarding

We are expanding our Network Operations function and are hiring across 9 positions spanning 5 role levels, from Network Engineer to Network Operations Manager/Lead. This is an opportunity to join a growing technical team working on enterprise routing/switching, network security (NGFW, ZTNA, IPS/IDS), SD-WAN, cloud networking (Azure/AWS), automation (Python/Ansible/API), and network tooling/observability platforms. All roles report into the Network Operations function

Role Summary: We are looking for Network Operations professionals across multiple experience levels to manage, secure, and optimize our enterprise network infrastructure. Responsibilities scale by level — from hands-on engineering and troubleshooting (L2) to team leadership, vendor/stakeholder management, and strategic network security ownership (L5).

Key Responsibilities (scales with seniority):





- Manage day-to-day network operations: routing, switching, WLAN, SD-WAN, and network security (NGFW, IPS/IDS, VPN, ZTNA, segmentation)
- Support/lead cloud networking initiatives (Azure/AWS)
- Drive automation using Python, Ansible, and API-driven operations
- Monitor network performance using observability/dashboard tools; report on service assurance and compliance
- Manage vendor ecosystems, technical escalations, and stakeholder communication
- For senior levels: lead distributed/international technical teams, own supplier and contract negotiations, and drive service management (ITIL) practices

Required Skills & Experience (varies by level – see table below):

- 3 to 7+ years of network operations/engineering experience depending on level
- Solid routing & switching fundamentals; at least one major firewall ecosystem
- SD-WAN and cloud networking exposure
- Monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting skills across network/security/connectivity layers

Preferred Certifications/Skills (varies by level):

- CCNA / CCNP / CCIE (Routing & Switching)
- CCSP, PCNSE, NSE (security certifications)
- Azure/AWS networking or security certifications
- ITIL Foundation
- Tooling exposure: SolarWinds, Splunk, Panorama, FortiManager, Meraki, Cisco ISE, Ekahau, ServiceNow, Power BI
