Role Description The Network Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. This role oversees end-to-end planning and delivery of network infrastructure projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional project teams, managing vendor and stakeholder communication, and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies.

The Network Project

Manager will translate business requirements into technical project plans, supervise implementation activities for network and cabling solutions, and ensure adherence to security and compliance guidelines.



The role also involves preparing project documentation, reporting progress to leadership, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Program Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Infrastructure-related skills, with experience in IT infrastructure deployment, passive cabling solutions, and data center or enterprise network environments.
- Candidates should possess Network Engineering and Network Design skills, including routing, switching, WLAN, and designing scalable, high-availability network architectures.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, such as understanding firewalls, VPNs, access control, and best practices for securing enterprise networks.
- Relevant experience managing medium to large-scale technology projects within ICT or similar industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL) are an advantage.
