Role Description This is a full time, on-site Network Engineer role based in Chennai.

The Network

Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Stitch’s network infrastructure to support secure and reliable financial operations. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and managing switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs; monitoring network performance; and diagnosing and resolving connectivity and latency issues. The role also involves collaborating with security, DevOps, and product teams to ensure network scalability, resilience, and compliance with industry standards.

The Network

Engineer will document network architectures and procedures, participate in capacity planning,



and contribute to continuous improvement of network reliability and security.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design, including experience with routing, switching, and network architecture.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and services.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including firewall management, VPNs, access control, and best practices for securing network infrastructure.
- Relevant experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, load balancers, and cloud or hybrid networking environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are beneficial.
