to lead and drive enterprise-scale data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and implementing modern data platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes using AWS technologies. This role requires hands-on technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to manage end-to-end data programs, ensure data governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data engineering and data management projects. Design and build scalable

data warehouses

and

data lake

solutions on AWS. Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using

PySpark ,

Apache Airflow , and

SQL . Implement and maintain metadata management and data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Build and optimize big data processing pipelines for high-volume and complex datasets.



Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Drive the overall data program, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and adherence to best practices. Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across the data engineering team. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Management. Strong expertise in

Data Warehousing

and

Data Lake

architecture. Hands-on experience with

AWS

cloud services. Strong experience with
