Scratchgard Technology is expanding its pan-India field operations for automotive OEM Paint Protection Film (PPF) program. We are looking for hands-on Regional Operations Project Managers who can take ownership of multi-city dealership operations and ensure consistent service execution across their region.

The Role
• Lead Territory Technical & Operations Managers and approved independent PPF applicator teams across the region.
• Coordinate PPF installations across multiple automotive dealerships and ensure agreed service timelines are met.
• Support expansion into new dealership locations and ensure each new market is operationally ready.
Who We Are Looking For
We are open to strong operators from automotive dealership operations, accessories, aftersales, service, PPF, detailing, car care or multi-location field operations. We are not restricting the search to candidates who already hold a 'Manager' title.
• Proven ability to manage field teams, technicians or independent service partners.
• Robust dealership-facing communication and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable travelling extensively within the region.
• PPF or automotive detailing knowledge is an advantage, but strong operational ownership is more important.
• Candidates must be hands-on and comfortable solving problems in the field - this is not a desk-based management role.
