Basic Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have proven skillset in the field of analog and mixed signal design with passion and excitement to participate in Tier1 custom IC development. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in driving analog design innovation and best practices across their organization.

• The candidate should have proven background in building,



mentoring and guiding teams to successfully execute complex PMIC’s with integrated power converters and precision analog control and sensing circuitry. Robust technical leadership , ability to work hands-on in analog circuits and systems , and experience in driving quality focused designs in aggressive schedules is required

• The candidate will also work independently with little supervision to design complex analog circuits or lead projects with multiple, cross-functional engineers; operate with complete block/project ownership to drive all aspects of the block/project to successful completion in the committed schedule; be able to manage design workloads and delegate tasks for project success; deliver accurate, aggressive, but attainable design schedules to the product team and customers; manage the design phase of the project to efficiently utilize scarce project resources; anticipate and high
