nAbout the Role: We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of large-scale enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture, with proven experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and building scalable, high-performance user interfaces.

nRoles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features across modules and applications.n
- Define and drive frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.n
- Build and maintain scalable, reusable component libraries and shared packages within an Nx monorepo.n
- Integrate multiple backend services, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and error-handling mechanisms.n
- Optimize application performance for dashboards, large datasets, reporting platforms,



and interactive UI experiences.n
- Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.n
- Establish testing strategies and improve code quality using Vitest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.n
- Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.n
- Drive modernization initiatives while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines.n

nSkills & Experience Required

- n
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on React.js development.n
- Strong expertise in React (Hooks, Context API, Component Patterns) and TypeScript.n
- Experience building large-scale enterprise SPAs with authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant architectures.n
- Hands-on experience with React 19, Vite, Ant Design, Less, and Styled Components/Emotion.n
- Strong experience with Nx Monorepo, s
