Title : Water Specialist Location : Bangalore Experience : 10-15 years Qualification : BE/ B Tech Role Purpose The water specialist will lead the planning, engineering, execution, commissioning, and operational performance of industrial water and wastewater treatment projects. Requires solid technical expertise, project management capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage EPC contractors, technology partners, and consultants. The position will be responsible for delivering projects safely, within approved budgets and schedules, while ensuring compliance with applicable environmental, and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead end-to-end execution of industrial water and wastewater treatment projects from concept/design through commissioning and handover. Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk-management plans. Monitor project progress against cost, schedule, quality, and performance targets. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning,



and operations activities. Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and commercial concerns and implement corrective actions. Manage project documentation, reporting, change management, and client communications. Technical & Engineering Management Provide technical leadership for industrial water and wastewater treatment systems. Review and guide process design, hydraulic calculations, PFDs, P&IDs;, equipment specifications, and technical documentation. Oversee technologies such as: ETP/STP and industrial wastewater treatment MBR/MBBR/ASP and biological treatment RO, UF, NF and other membrane systems ZLD and wastewater recovery systems DM/softening and industrial water treatment Clarification, filtration and tertiary treatment Sludge management and dewatering Chemical treatment and dosing systems Evaluate treatment performance, water balance, energy consumption, chemical consumption, and overall pla
