- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR.n
- Robust knowledge of HR infotypes and structures, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and payroll and time management clusters.n
- Experience in custom report development, enhancements, user exits, and HR-specific BAdIs.n
- Competence in performance tuning of HR reports.n
- Basic understanding of HR authorisations and data security.n
- Familiarity with transport management and change control processes.n
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.n
