Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant (Onsite / Mumbai) Experience: 6+ Years Location: Mumbai Work Mode: On-site – 4 Days/Week About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow to support a client engagement in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and the ServiceNow Platform , with particular strength in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM . Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform. Work extensively on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management implementations. Configure and maintain HAM and SAM capabilities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows/flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms. Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow technical issues and provide effective solutions.



Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, security, and performance guidelines. Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders. Participate in technical discussions, requirement workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience . Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ServiceNow Platform . Strong expertise in: CMDB / CSDM Discovery Service Mapping Event Management HAM SAM Strong ServiceNow scripting knowledge, including JavaScript . Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs. Valuable understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) CIS – ITSM CIS – Discovery CIS – Service Mapping CIS – Hardware Asset Management / Software Asset Management
